Through exceptional medical care and individualized treatment programs, the staff at the practices in Cecilton and Elkton strive to ensure that each patient encounter exceeds expectations, building trust between the patients and the staff.

As a board-certified family physician, with additional board certifications in addiction medicine and anesthesiology, Dr. Paul Katz leads a team that focuses on primary and preventive care. This provides patients with the tools they need to lead healthy and happy lives. Whether it’s routine care through annual physicals or expert management of chronic conditions like diabetes, kidney disease or high blood pressure, the Team enables patients to function at their fullest level of health. The Team provides specialized services, such as addiction recovery programs, and targeted physicals, including DOT and CDL exams and sports physicals. The practice also offers the convenience of on-site lab services through LabCorp.
